Mully’s Card Shack
Steve Mullen, owner of Mully’s Card Shack, has been one of the originals at Pickering Markets. An avid fan of sports all his life, he decided to start his sports collectibles business years ago while working full time at the General Motors plant, with only the weekends free to dedicate his hobby turned business, Steve started with just a 8 foot table, and every year he worked his way up to a 20 foot booth.

There is something really comforting when you walk into Pickering Markets and head over to Diannah’s Island Foods. There is an array of delicious house made Jamaican patties, not to mention the soft coco bread to accompany the flavor packed patty that just makes your mouth water instantly.

Halloween is just a few days away, are you ready? Outside of all the prep for elaborate adult and children costumes, there is Halloween decorations to put up, and most importantly, candy to buy. Just recently, Kassad’s Treats opened their doors to the public at Pickering Markets; selling a variety of chocolate, gummies, mixed nuts and seeds. Perfect for the crowds of trick or treaters on hallows’ eve!
